Pee Dee Climate Solutions responded and arrived within an hour from being contacted. I experienced heat blowing during the cool setting from my heat pump. I could tell he was experienced and knowledgeable to confirm the problem within minutes. 30 minutes later, I had strong blowing air conditioning again. I called Nelson on the phone and told him we were having problems with our unit. It wasn't cooling properly. He told me what time he could come THAT SAME DAY and he was there when he said he would be there! He did an assessment on the unit and told me what the problem was. We have an old farmhouse and an old unit! He explained it in terms that I could understand what he was talking about. Told me how much it would cost to fix it and we agreed on it. The price seemed like a very reasonable price. After the unit issue was fixed, he didn't leave until he was sure it was cooling properly! And I'm an old lady, definitely old enough to be his Mama! He was so polite saying yes mam and no mam! This young man had some good raising! Don't let him being a younger man worry you!! He definitely knew what he was doing! A joy doing business with him!
